The Weavers Behind Every Saree

We work directly with master artisan communities across India — the Ikat weavers of Pochampally (Telangana), the double-Ikat masters of Patola (Gujarat), the silk weaving families of Kanchipuram (Tamil Nadu), and the resist-dye craftspeople of Odisha. Each community brings centuries of accumulated knowledge passed down from weaver to weaver — knowledge that no machine can replicate.

The Weaves We Carry

• Patola Ikat (Gujarat) – The rarest of double-Ikat silks, where both warp and weft threads are resist-dyed before weaving. A single saree can take weeks to complete.
• Pochampally Ikat (Telangana) – Geometric precision meets vibrant colour in this UNESCO-recognised weaving tradition from the heart of Telangana.
• Kanchi / Kanjeevaram-style Silks – Temple-border silks woven with heavyweight pure mulberry silk, prized for their lustre and durability across generations.
• Odisha Ikat – Flowing, painterly patterns created through traditional Bandha resist-dyeing — soft, breathable, and deeply rooted in Odia culture.
• Cotton Patola – The accessible elegance of Patola geometry rendered in fine handwoven cotton — lightweight yet rich in heritage.
• Rai Bandhej × Silk Ikat – A rare handknotted Bandhej (tie-dye) technique fused with Ikat silk, marrying Rajasthani craft with the Ikat tradition.
• Pen Kalamkari × Pure Silk Ikat – Hand-painted Kalamkari storytelling — inspired by ancient temple art — woven into pure silk Ikat cloth.
• Silk Kathiphera – A heritage weave with distinctive angular patterning, reflecting the geometric artistry of India's northeastern silk traditions.

Pure Materials, Honest Craft

We use only pure silk — mulberry silk sourced from India's finest silk-producing regions. There are no synthetic shortcuts. The threads are hand-dyed using time-tested techniques, and every saree is woven on a handloom by a skilled artisan. What you receive is not mass-produced; it is made.
